Gracie Girl is 1!!

On March 2 our Gracie girl turned 1! The time flew by so quickly! Of course we had to have a Minne Mouse party for her because she LOVES Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! I was trying to decide what to do for a cake when I found a lady online that made a fake cake for me with only the top half being real cake for Grace to dig into. And she only charged me $10! Aunt Sarah made delicious cake pops with adorable names for everyone else to eat. The whole family came over to our house to help us celebrate. She was spoiled with lots of new toys and clothes. She wanted nothing to do with her cake. Emma is my only child to actually eat birthday cake on her 1st birthday! Crazy kids! Grace absolutely loved her Glow Worm from The Martinsens and she liked to push her push toy on her knees. We are hoping it helps her to walk soon. It was a fun night celebrating our baby girl. Grace's 1 Year Old Photo Shoot

I had so much fun planning for Grace's 1 year old pictures with our favorite photographer Melissa Jackson! We went all pink! I made her a cake to try and capture a cake smash. It didn't go so well. She was scared of it and wanted nothing to do with the cake. When I prompted her along (wiped cake all over her face) she cried! I'm a mean mom! But we did get some great pictures!
