The "Cowboy Town"!
We went with some friends last week to Rawhide! Emma calls it the "cowboy town"! She had so much fun! There's not a whole lot to do there, but to a 2 year old...the place is endless! Everything was so fascinating to her! We heard "whoa" and "oh my goodness" alot ! It 's fun now that Emma is getting a little older to be able to do things like that and watch her have so much fun!
Here is Emma riding the train and petting the goats at the petting zoo! She keeps saying that petting the animals was her favorite part, but she was actually scared to death in there and starting bawling and climbing up Jon's leg anytime a animal came near her! You can tell in some of the pictures how scared she was!

Daddy's Little Helper!
Jon was working on the lawn last week and asked Emma to help! She was so excited! She helped spread fertilizer and water and even got a ride! It was so cute to see her out there trying to be just like dad!

Some of my favorites!
I sent most of you the link to these pictures...but here are some of my favorite ones! My friend Melissa took these at her house the week before Easter! You can tell from the one they are crying in that it was a challenge to get any good ones! But, we managed!

Happy Easter!
We had a great Easter with the kids this year! Although, Jon was in Urgent Care for half the morning...it still turned out ok! He is fine, he just has really bad allergies! But, he managed to make it to church with us and after church we went over to Grandma and Grandpa Trafzer's house and had some dessert and spent some time with Mila! It was a nice day!
Easter Baskets!
The kids were exctied when they got their baskets! Derrick loved to suck on the plastic eggs and Emma is really into Pez lately! (They work great for potty training candy!) And of course, Derrick had to check out Emma's stuff after he got bored with his! Luckily, Emma is getting a little better at sharing!
Easter Egg Hunt!
This year was Emma's first Easter egg hunt! Last year I waited until the last minute to find plastic eggs and could not find them anywhere! So, this year I prepared early! She had fun and was even more excited when I showed her there was candy in the eggs!
Decorating Easter Eggs!
Emma loved coloring Easter eggs! I bought a Princess decorating kit and she covered her eggs with stickers! Most of them cracked while she was decorating them, but that's ok...(we weren't going to eat them anyway...YUCK!) Derrick kept smiling in the background everytime I would take a picture of Emma, so here he is saying "hi"!
